I released 1 album and 1 single under the name Mr. Joe. These are what I'm best known for.

THE FUNKY MONKEY

This was my first Mr. Joe release. I made it in 2020 when I was stuck inside and really really bored. It got really popular at my middle school and I got pissy and made another album.

BUG OCCUPATIONS

I made this album because kids at my school kept asking for a sequel to The Funky Monkey. I said "fuck you" and made a noise rock album about bugs.

PAINTINGS

Stuff I've painted. I started painting in late 2023, but I don't think those paintings are very great so I'm not gonna show them. The earliest painting featured here is from February, 2024.

Real, Real Boy!

I was playing roblox with my sister and saw a shape that looked like some massive teeth and a whiskery mustache. I had a vision of a monkey with that face and drew it immediately. I thought it would look better as a painting, and I was right, although I used a small canvas so I had to squish things a bit.

The Trying of the Creature from the Black Lagoon

I saw this one in a dream. That's a common theme with my visual art. My dreams are very vivid and full of weird and interesting metaphors for things that happen in my life. I'm not saying this painting is a metaphor for my life or anything, though. I just saw someone drawing it and thought it was really cool looking. To me it seems kind of dark and depressing, like even though you've been lynched and your life is over, the rest of the world is going to continue like nothing happened.

Drowning Victims

This is based on the same dream as that previous dream, although I portrayed it more accurately. In the dream, the creature's face was super detailed and he looked miserable, like the face in the middle. The background wasn't as beautiful, instead it was made of purple and black scribbles. The fish were still swimming past the creature. After I painted the first face, I decided to paint more faces with the ugly haircuts. This one is one of my least favorites now, but it was a lot of fun to make and it has kind of a fun story so I decided to keep it.

Prowling in the River

This one is entirely based on a dream. I didn't change anything with this one, instead I painted it exactly how I saw it in the dream. I can't remember exactly what happened in the dream, because I had it 4 months ago (as of writing this, August 2024), but I think I might have been camping. All I know is I was following this river during a pitch black night, and I saw these glowing beady eyes. I turned on a flashlight and there was a wolf in the middle of the river with human teeth and blood red gums. I don't remember if anything happened after that.
